Male arrested for Breach investigating Intimate Partner Violence (IPV)
On Saturday March 4th, 2023, at approximately 11:37 p.m., police received a 9-1-1 call to attend a residence on Main St. to investigate a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that a 35-year-old male involved was in breach of release conditions. The suspect male was arrested and charged with Breach of probation X3.
The suspect was held for a bail hearing to answer to these charges.
Male arrested for outstanding warrants
On, Saturday March 4th, 2023 at approximately 11:46p.m., police were called to investigate a family dispute on Main St. This investigation revealed a 25-year-old male party was wanted on a outstanding warrant from Ottawa for a domestic related incident.
The suspect placed under arrest on the power of the warrant and subsequently charged with breaching a release order.
The suspect was held for a bail hearing to answer to these charges
Male arrested for assault.
On, Tuesday March 7th, 2023 at approximately midnight, police were called to investigate a family dispute and allegation of family violence. This investigation revealed a 33-year-old male party had assaulted his child.
The suspect turned himself into the station the next morning; he was arrested and charged with 3 counts of assault. He was subsequently released on Form 10 Undertaking.
